Happy Birthday To Me!

For years I have thrown elaborate parties for my kids, and even a few for Eric.  One day it occurred to me that I never get the elaborate party because I am not planning it!  So, I decided to throw myself a girlie Tea Party.  Complete with fancy clothes, pearls, china, and girl food.  It was perfect.

Day Trip to Virginia Beach

So, Nicole and I decided to take an impromptu trip to Virginia Beach with the kids.

She's beautiful!  She's seven!  And she's all ours!

We are hoping to bring her home sometime next summer.  Until then we are diving into paperwork and beginning the oh so fun and ever popular Waiting Game.
